Hair Loss versus Hair Breakage. 🤔

Causes of hair breakage include over stretching the hair in a tight headband, styling on wet drenched hair, a diet low in protein, zinc, iron, and /or vitamin B12 deficiency, use of sulfate shampoos, heat styling your hair, hair that has been colored, Or a protein imbalance.
With hair loss, you will often notice the root of the hair still attached to the hair strand. On the other hand, with hair breakage, you hair generally looks chewed or ends appear frayed and you tend to see smaller and different sizes of hair strands everywhere. 😔
I often experiance hair loss the most when I am showering. Any tips on good shampoo/conditioner to help with that?!
