However, you shouldn't go to bed too often with your hair wet, as the hair can then quickly become tangled or even break off. Another way to take care of your hair while you sleep is to braid it. It is best to use a non-metal hair tie that could otherwise get your hair caught. By braiding the hair together, the hair rubs less against each other during sleep and is thus spared. And not only that - thanks to the braids you will also have very nice waves the next morning.
